Service

We recommend that you leave the machine once a year for service. Then we go through the functions of the machine and replace worn parts and clean it.

Important information: New software for Trainer 201 and 401 (Aug 2014):

Fluid Level Protection is now available in the software to the circuit board. This means that the pumps shut off if the smoke fluid ends which makes pumps and electronics are not damaged. Trainer 401 sold after May 1, 2014, and Trainer 201 sold after June 1, 2014, have the new software. Contact us to upgrade older machines. Trainer 201/401 upgraded at low cost associated with the service.
